A week-long training on phenology observation is underway in Samdrup Jongkhar. In total, 24 participants including principals and focal teachers of schools are participating the training. The training has been conducted as a part of capacity development for schools piloted for the phenology project. The Forestry Officers and Data Managers from the different Parks and Territory Divisions, attended a two days training workshop on camera trap data organization and analysis at the Ugyen Wangchuck Institute for Conservation and Environment (UWICE) on 24th and 25th January, 2014. A 5 days training on Eco-guide is ongoing in Panbang, Zhemgang Dzongkhag from 23rd to 27th December 2013.
